Matterport3D has RGB-D panoramas of 90 building-scale scenes (Chang and others, 2017). HM3D (Habitat-Matterport 3D, 2021) is a larger set of about 1,000 scanned buildings made for the Habitat simulator. Both are standard for indoor navigation.
